I had the pleasure to study Arabic with Hadir last year for a full month in Cairo. She really made an effort to make me understand the Egyptian culture and its language. And even though I might not be the most ambitious student, Hadir always helped me in more ways than just learning Arabic. Hadir is the best possible teacher and a lifelong friend. And I am jealous of everybody lucky enough to be one of her future students.
I took lessons with different teachers and as soon as I found Hadir, I got stuck with her 🙂 She is a very knowledgeable, friendly, patient yet demanding teacher and makes you learn and progress in the best way I can imagine and experience. Highly recommended!
I had the pleasure of taking individual lessons with Hadir for 6 months over video calls, with emphasis on Egyptian (ammiya) Arabic. She encouraged me to begin learning by first grasping the alphabet along with the short (tashkeel) and long vowels (madd), which set a strong foundation that I could then easily build from. Lessons were conversational and well structured, covering content that is interesting and relevant to things I would want to talk about with my Egyptian friends and colleagues. She is also very good at simplifying irregularities and exceptions in the Arabic language and setting challenging but achievable goals and homework assignments. I looked forward to lessons not only because I felt I made progress each time but also because she is a lovely and fun person to work with. When I’m ready to start lessons again it will be with Hadir and I would certainly continue to recommend her.

One of the best Arabic teachers in Egypt. She is highly experiences and professional and has a great knowledge of spoken Egyptian and MSA. She is also really funny and interesting and I made great progress with her!
