Program Guidelines
“The Program Guidelines” is a description of the policy of our Arabic classes, concerning a booking, virtual classes, assessments, homework, communications with your teacher; postponement, and cancellation.
IMPORTANT:
- Payment is in advance.
- All first-time bookings include a free 1 hour trial session.
- Group classes (classes with more than one student) get 10% discount / student.
- If you have a background in the Arabic language, it is advised to take an online test to determine your level of proficiency. If you have, we will set up an appointment with you to take the test when convenient.
- All payments occur through TransferWise or Welles Fargo Bank (Zelle), using this email address with an included invoice, please do not pay until you have received the invoice.
- We will send you an unpaid invoice with all the payment details prior to your money transaction and a paid invoice after receiving the payment.
- Undergraduate students from contracted university with us are eligible for 10% discount on selected courses.
- Transfer fees of $20 is to be added to the payment.
